Fulfillment Specialist

Our team's passion is both for the products we produce, but more importantly in the service we provide.
Our Quality Control & Fulfillment Team is looking for a skilled Fulfillment Specialist whose mission is to ensure all customers products are quality checked, their order contains all the right products and quantities, within the proper packaging for successful shipment - ensuring the customer's satisfaction receiving their products get to them in time. We are looking for a collaborative team member who embraces the challenge of a high volume of orders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Great potential candidates for this position will possess the following skills:
Major Responsibilities
- Actively fulfilling orders including but not limited to picking items, packing them, counting, label creation, package creation, sealing, shrink wrapping.
- Excellent attention to detail to consistently inspect the customer's job ensuring expectations are met (design, colors, cut, quantity), picked merchandise doesn't have flaws/damage, and the packaging itself is representative of our quality as a company prior to shipment.
- Receiving orders in a fast-paced environment; striving for perfection in that all products included in an order are fulfilled accurately and shipped within tight deadlines.
- Team orientated support system for the company; able to cross-train in and backup other facets like shipping the order out to the customer in the event the team needs support.
- Updating the job ticket system and inventory tracking system with accurate work order information.
- Assist with transporting packaged orders to outgoing delivery trucks.
- Maintains clean and safe work environment in assigned work areas/spaces.
To qualify for application of this position you must:
- Reliably work on-site in our MN Location
- Posses the ability to stand on ones feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Previous experience that is useful, but not required: forklift certification, press operation, shipping experience, shrink wrapper operation.
