Full Charge Bookkeeper at Nesco Resource, LLC

Reporting directly to our Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Transactions: Accurately enter and manage all accounting transactions in compliance with established standards.
• Accounts Payable Management: Handle high-volume accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communications.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Law Firm Accounting (Preferred): Apply knowledge of law firm accounting practices, including managing client trust accounts and adhering to industry-specific regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks for all bookkeeping activities and Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed, including organizing financial documents and supporting audits.
• Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Software Skills: At least 5 years of experience with QuickBooks and managing high-volume accounts payable.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in law firm accounting is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in entering accounting transactions and data management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility and reliability with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
