OVERVIEW OF THE FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• The Full Charge Bookkeeper will prepare, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financials for grants and contracts.
• Maintain comprehensive grant files and collaborate with program managers to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.
• Monitor expenditures, revenues, and budgets, and notify management of any discrepancies.
• The Full Charge Bookkeeper will maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with tax and benefit regulations.
• The Full Charge Bookkeeper will assist with month-end closing, audits, and the development of financial policies and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Experience with Blackbaud is a plus!
