Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role includes managing payroll for up to 20 employees, along with overseeing general bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of payroll processes and bookkeeping principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.
- Process payroll for up to 20 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, monitor budgets, and perform month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with HR and management on payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and experience handling payroll for multiple employees.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
