Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to support a federal program based out of Redmond, WA.
***Requires an active TS/SCI FULL SCOPE POLY Clearance***
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:
- End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
- Installation of specialized software
- Deployment of new desktop and laptops hardware
Qualifications of the Help Desk Technician:
- Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Compensation for the Help Desk Technician:
- Salary: $70,000-$130,000/year *flexible based on experience*
