Full Stack Developer at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX(Hybrid). Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable web-based platforms and implementing solutions in a dynamic Agile environment.

 

Rate Range: $58/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include:

• Build, maintain, and enhance both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.

• Actively participate in Agile processes such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support iterative development and timely project delivery.

• Write and execute unit tests using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library and perform debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, and GitHub to automate build and deployment processes.

• Design, optimize, and maintain relational database structures using Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications.

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML5, and CSS3 for building robust front-end and back-end solutions.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket/GitHub for efficient software deployment.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
