Full Time Administrative Assistant or Tech / Accounting Department - Executive Air Taxi Corp

Monday - Friday   8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Salary starting range depending on experience - $18 to $22 per hour

The ideal candidate would have the ability to work independently, possess exceptional organizational skills, follow-up on collecting receipts in a timely and efficient manner.  Scanning, filing and organizing various financial documents.  Reconcile company credit cards as well as various accounting reports and fuel inventory management.  Assist accountant with other accounting functions as needed and serve as back up for payroll department.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-year Associate degree in Business & Finance or Associate of Applied Science Administrative Assistant

3-5 years experience with Data Entry in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and data base management

3-5 years formal training or experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, developing and maintaining excel spreadsheets and ability to provide technical support to other staff. 

Preference will be given for experience in the aviation field but is not required.
