Full Time Business Development Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and customers to ensure seamless customer acquisition and exceed sales targets.
- Communicate directly with consumers in the assigned market to execute sales and business development campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers to craft new strategies tailored to your assigned territory.
- Generate personal performance reports, track progress, and work with leadership to identify areas for further training and development.
- Engage in cross-training opportunities and perform additional duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and account managers to discuss new campaigns and relay important business updates.
