Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Provide excellent service to customers through in-person consultations and telephone communications.Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries effectively and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all products and services to provide accurate information to customers.Account Management: Assist customers in managing their accounts, including changes to policies and claims processing.Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that align with customers' needs.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and product offerings.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused: A genuine dedication to providing exceptional service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support team goals.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check
