Full Time Licensed PTA - Clinic director Physical Therapist Assistant - Focus Physical Therapy

We are looking for a licensed PTA to work at a clinic in the south end of Louisville on Dixie HWY.  This will be a mix of post op and general orthopedics. 

Focus Physical Therapy is locally owned By Dr. Brad Conder.  We are small, private practice with focus on quality care and opportunities for career growth. We deliver patient experience, not just treatment. Our team invests in our clients lives beyond the treatment room.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Focus you would be responsible for the following: 

• Provide patient care that is ethical in accordance with the Physical Therapy Rules of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws. 

• Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic. 

• Provides ongoing education and instruction through a home program given to patients.

• Use special instruments and qualitative assessment methods.

• Keep accurate and timely patient records.

• Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest. 

• Provide support to the marketing team to grow the practice.

• Participate in Marketing events and workshops as assigned 

• Prepare and sanitize therapy areas.

• Attend daily, weekly, monthly meetings as appropriate.

• Other duties as assigned.
