We are currently seeking dedicated and organized Administrative Assistants to join our team in Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Roanoke, VA; and Rock Hill, SC. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Job Responsibilities:
- Client and Worker Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and workers, ensuring clear communication and efficient placement.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of worker placements, client accounts, and other essential information using our internal systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, managing schedules, and processing paperwork.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and workers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on staffing activities and other relevant metrics as required.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attributes:
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
