Full-Time Restorative Therapist/COTA - McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care

OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Restorative Therapist/COTA position at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is responsible for assisting residents in restorative functions with the intent of facilitating optimal independence. Our team of Restorative Therapists/COTA's work together to creatively help residents maintain their current level of functioning, while gaining strength, endurance, and building relationships with residents. This includes building and expanding caseload, documentation, attending interdisciplinary meetings, and maintaining billing records. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, outgoing, motivated, creative, and enjoys working with seniors!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant

• Experience: One year, two or more preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work with residents, families, and co-workers effectively.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
