Job Description:
Purpose:
- Provides Operations Support by obtaining facts, analyzing problems, designing solutions, developing testing methods, conducting and documenting tests, and providing operating information to customers.
Essential Functions:
- 50%: Research and improve operations by examining and researching systems problems, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, recommending, and facilitating resolutions.
- 20%: Supports operations systems by providing operating information to customers, answering questions, and providing training.
- 20%: Contributes to operations analysis and organizational success by welcoming new requests, helping others achieve job results, and developing SOPs and essential documentation.
- 5%: Verifies operations systems by developing testing methods, conducting, and documenting tests.
- 5%: Improves job knowledge by attending training sessions and reading technical publications.
Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Education Details: Business Administration
- Experience: 2 years' experience in an operational role (level 2 or above).
In Lieu of Education:
- Additional 4 years of relevant work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Claims Processing, billing, and coding experience (5+ years).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Must disclose any debarment, exclusion, or ineligibility for Federal health care programs.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and handling multiple customer service demands, including challenging customers.
