What Does It Take to Be Qualified?

• Open to 2+ years of experience to seasoned. 
• Passion for the industry is extremely important.
• Must be well rounded and have an ownership mentality.
• Must be willing to get licensed in OK as well.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to empathize with families.
• Adept at managing death documents and maintaining compliance.
• Familiar with working in a rural environment.
• 50 calls per year but can grow to 150.
