Future of Work Partnerships Manager - Meta

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Future of work Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for driving the account development and management of a set portfolio of ISVs. In this role, you will guide your partners through their ISV journey, working cross-functionally across the RL organization to ensure that partner offerings are aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on delivering ISV solutions against targeted work use cases for the Horizon Pro platform. The successful SPM will develop internal and external relationships to drive partner success, establishing a partner-led model designed to accelerate adoption of our RL commercial product offering.

Future of Work Partnerships Manager Responsibilities:

1. Work with ISV partners to target and grow adoption of their enterprise applications, content and services by developing comprehensive business plans for a portfolio of partners, and identify short and long-term strategic goals and tactical execution.

2. Guide your ISVs to build solutions aligned with targeted use cases, customer and commercial market opportunities.

3. Establish and foster relationships with executive stakeholders through ISV organization, to increase buy in and investment in joint priorities and customer opportunities.

4. Drive performance management of managed partners through business reviews to discuss overall performance and to measure against partners’ goals and business plans.

5. Drive continuous managed ISV portfolio optimization based on partners’ performance as measured by customer/sales pipeline, solution selling potential, co-sell/co-market qualification potential, and partner impact based on product roadmap.

6. Work with sales teams to establish a process to track and manage ISV sourced sales opportunities to accelerate sales.

7. Collaborate with partners to identify an effective and scalable path to market for ISV solutions, including Go-To-Market (GTM) activities.

8. Provide signal to Product Management organizations on partner requirements to help inform product roadmaps.

9. Advocate for the ISV with Reality Labs Marketing, Product Marketing Managers, and Commercial Sales teams to identify opportunities for case studies, customer success stories, solution bundles, channel and co-sell programs.

10. 5+ years in a partner-facing role in the enterprise market, B2B or SaaS market.

11. Strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience driving sales through ISV in commercial businesses.

12. Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV partners.

13. Great business judgment and prioritization skills with partner-related issues, solution-find, and effectively motivate internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal.

14. Superb communication skills.

15. Familiarity with AR/VR/MR technology, Unity and Unreal development environments.

Public Compensation:

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
