About the Job
The Global Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the ongoing global projects and
initiatives of the Global Marketing department, with particular focus on brand, communication,
graphic design, product management, digital, online and ecommerce marketing initiatives and
projects, social media platforms, and trade shows & special events. This position will assist in the
development and implementation of marketing strategies designed to meet and/or exceed sales and
margin objectives for all business channels with a particular focus on the Wholesale channel.
This is a 100% remote opportunity. However, you must be located in the Charelston area because you will need to laison with the manufacturing facility on a weekly basis.
You will be interacting with Germany on a daily/weekly basis withd dedicated calls every Monday. This time difference will always need to be taken into account with meetings. This compabny believes in life/work balance but also works on a global level so there will be time differences that need to be taken into account when ineracting with your team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, production, maintenance and availability of marketing collateral across
all brands and product groups adhering to the brand and corporate identity guidelines.
Assist with the creation of materials from approved concepts to output following strict quality
criteria.
Be the point person to coordinate wholesale channel projects and requests and liaise with
the team for execution.
Support the ongoing implementation of brand guidelines in all marketing channels and
materials across the global organization.
Assist with brand assets for global sharing on internal digital repositories. Assist in
maintaining internal marketing systems such as DAM and SharePoint tools to ensure
collateral is up to date and organized efficiently. Provide basic support to other internal
departments using these systems, ensuring sales materials are updated on a regular basis
and the sites and content are kept in an organized manner with access granted to those who
need it.
Assist with the development and maintenance of digital and online strategies and platforms,
including websites, webshops, Amazon and global digital programs.
Assist with the development, execution, communication and analysis of the global social
media strategy. Assist with the ongoing content release, updates and posts on social
platforms and other communication vehicles.
Assist with the execution of all activities identified in the global communication calendar.
Communicate with outside agencies on the development of digital assets, materials to
support overall and brand-specific programs, promotional campaigns, and other activities
that may require outside support.
Participate in, assist and in some cases, lead meetings with internal and external
stakeholders, including global sales and marketing teams and creative
agencies.
Assist in evaluating market reactions to internal and external product and program launches,
advertising programs, brand, product & company communication initiatives, merchandising
and packaging to ensure timely adjustments to marketing strategy to meet changing market
and competitive conditions.
Research, gather and assist with trends, market research, product launches, communication
and other marketing materials among business units and customers.
Work with local marketing departments on key marketing projects.
Assist with the planning and execution of industry, trade and corporate events.

'Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications and/or Business, is required
A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar marketing role is required.
Fluent in English - spoken & written. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, German
and Dutch are a definite plus.
Creative copywriting skills a must.
Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and complete multiple, concurrent
projects.
Must be able to work efficiently, pro-actively and independently and possess a strong
attention to detail. Have an ability to work in a fast-paced and in team environments.
Must be creative, possess strong curiosity and desire to learn.
Have an ability to communicate effectively both from a verbal and written standpoint in a
global company. Speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations. Gets clarification and
responds well to questions. Writes clearly and informa
