Job Details
As General Counsel and a member of our executive leadership team, you will actively manage day-to-day legal matters, contractual reviews and negotiation with our sales and executive teams, take the lead role on overseeing ongoing litigation matters, and providing legal guidance across the business. We are looking for someone with a strong litigation background, specifically with 8+ years of experience in managing complex litigation, who also has excellent contract negotiating skills. Experience in employment litigation is a plus.

We are looking for someone with a strong litigation background, specifically with 8+ years of experience in managing complex litigation, who also has excellent contract negotiating skills. Experience in employment litigation is a plus.
4 Things that are Needed for this Job:
- 8-10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex and high-stakes cases
- Experience as a GC at a high growth start-up with a 100+ salesperson and/or recruiters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, licensed to practice law, and in good standing with the state bar
5 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
- Lead and manage all ongoing litigation matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring the company’s interests are protected
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership and departments across the company
- Oversee employment-related legal matters, including advising on HR policies, labor law compliance, and managing employment litigation
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business and proactively recommend adjustments to company policies
