Our client is a private practice based in Cape Coral, Fl that offers its employees a financially stable work environment and work/life balance.

Practice: We are a high-quality fee for service practice that goes above and beyond for our patients for over 30 years. The office is relaxing, modern, and full of the latest technology. The practice does about 4.5 million a year with 3 providers.

The Position : Our Client is looking for a General Dentist to join their growing team. The pay range our client is offering is:

• Guarantee of $100,000 to $125,000 for 6 Months
• 30% to 33% of Adjusted Production (Which Ever is Greater)
• W-2 Employee

• CE Paid by Employer $2500 Per Year
• 10 Days of PTO + Major Holidays Off
• The sign On Bonus is Negotiable

Requirements:

• Licensed Dentist in The State of Florida
• 12 to 15 Patients Per Day
• Running Two Columns
• 3 Years of Experience Preferred
• Motivated New Grads Will be Considered With AEGD Residency

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Thursday (8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.)
• Fridays- 8 am to 1 pm Flexible
• Performing All Aspects of General Dentistry

Location:

Southwest Florida, is known for its canals, and kayak routes to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve full of birds and mangroves.
