Family Dental Care of Spring Valley is looking for a General Dentist to join our team.

About

Each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With support of a practice manager and a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

• Join an 8 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community
• Single doctor practice  
• 6 operatories; Monday-Thursday 8-5 and one Friday a month 

You’ll need to have

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of South Carolina 
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
  

It’s a plus if you have

• Comfortable with leading a team
• 3-4 years in an office setting 

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
