We are seeking a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the outstanding care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs: Address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues across various settings.
• Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Cleaning: Manage general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
• Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
• Renovation: Repair and paint structural elements, including doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management: Oversee the management of trash and recycling receptacles throughout facilities.
• HVAC Services: Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Tools & Transport: Provide your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Math Skills: Utilize basic math skills to complete tasks effectively.
• Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Stay organized and adeptly address challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Flexible availability is crucial.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
