LaborMAX Staffing is looking for people who are driven, responsible and reliable to assist on our job sites with all basic labor construction clean up needs. Typical work schedule would be 7: 00 am to 5: 00 pm, Monday through Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to handle general tasks including but not limited to: Site clean up Loading & Unloading of Materials General Labor Picking up trash General Landscaping Detail cleaning Organizing Tools QUALIFICATIONS Construction Clean Up Associates must: Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends. Be punctual. Act professionally when on duty. WORK ENVIRONMENT PHYSICAL DEMANDS Construction Clean Up Associates will: Work in outdoor weather conditions and subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, and increased noise, dust, and vibration levels. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, push, crouch, or kneel. Regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, hear, and lift up to 75 pounds.
