General Maintenance for Residential Leasing Company - North Terrace Property Management

We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for general maintenance for a busy residential leasing company. Applicants will be required to provide and maintain their own tools. Experience is required.

Duties:

- General Maintenance

- Light Carpentry

- Drywall Repair and Instillation

- Painting

- Appliance Instillation

- Light Electrical

- Light Plumbing

Requirements:

- Experience working in construction / general maintenance is required

- Proficiency in skills listed above, including painting, drywall installation and repair, appliance instillation

- Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing is preferred

- Ability to work independently and to complete assigned tasks on schedule is required

- Must have reliable transportation, personal tools, and working cell phone with cellular service
