Responsibilities:
- Maintain revenue, profitability and quality goals
- Lead by example to uplift staff during busy times in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while being focused to ensure the best customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- If applying in NY: NYC Dept. Of Health Food handler certificate
- If applying in Chicago: Chicago Food handler certification
