Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business while leading and motivating a team to ensure top-notch service delivery. You will collaborate with the leadership team to set strategic goals, implement EOS tools, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your role will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and driving overall business growth using the EOS Traction framework to create a results-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including basement waterproofing, egress window installation, radon mitigation, and other services.
- Lead, coach, and manage field supervisors, technicians, and office staff to ensure productivity, safety, and top-quality performance.
- Implement EOS Traction practices such as L10 meetings, Scorecards, and Rocks to align the team with company goals.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to meet company goals and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Foster a culture of accountability by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring team alignment with the company’s Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and strong partnerships.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and local building codes.
- Lead efforts in hiring, training, and managing employee performance, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance using EOS tools.
- Drive business growth by developing strategies for customer retention, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to long-term planning with the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the construction, home services, or related industry.
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Traction framework, including running L10 meetings and managing Rocks and Scorecards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency with business management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $91,750 to $119,470 annual salary
