Work Hours: 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday, overtime as required
Pay Scale: $93,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience

Job description:
This role is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of warehouse operations with the emphasis on the management of the warehouse personnel and the implementation of warehouse action plans. This includes clear and concise communications with company customers and Customer Service Representatives, oversee the training and efficiency of warehouse associates, adherence and enforcement of company's policies, co-ordinate order fulfillment with the highest level of accuracy and timeliness, comply with all state and federal warehouse safety requirements and regulations. This role is also expected to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, increase profitability and improve processes while providing leadership support to the organization.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Directly manage the budget and Profit and Loss (P&L) for operations
- Ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality service
- Streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that all processes adhere to industry regulations and legal requirements
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded including addressing any escalated issues promptly and effectively
- Support the training and development of the operations team
- Participate in recruiting and hiring efforts
- Ensure that all client program compliance standards are met and upheld consistently
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, 3PL preferred
- Computer applications using MS Office and Excel
- Computer applications experience using T-Logic or warehouse operating system desired
- Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
- Working knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA regulations and the willingness to become certified in one or more of these areas as necessary
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Experience in leading and organizing teams with a proven track record of performance
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to analyze space utilization and forecast warehouse layout needs
Other:
- Must be able to work in varying facility conditions
- Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the customer
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with P&L and Budgeting
- OSHA-30 or working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FDA regulations and the willingness to become certified in one or more of these areas as necessary
- Forklift certification
