Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and sanitation.
· Lead, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff to perform at their best.
· Manage inventory, ensure stock levels are maintained, and oversee financial records.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Management Responsibilities:
· Recruit, hire, and train top-tier team members.
· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff.
· Create and adjust work schedules to ensure full shift coverage.
· Develop a talent pool for future leadership roles.
Leadership Qualities:
· Exhibit professionalism in attitude and appearance.
· Communicate clearly with staff, guests, and vendors.
· Resolve employee concerns and delegate tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Engage positively with guests and team members.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 2-5 years of restaurant management or leadership experience.
· Strong communication, organizational, and math skills.
· Proficiency in computer usage.
· Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and professional demeanor.
