Michael & Son Services is looking for a true leader to build a new office around in Myrtle Beach, SC. The right candidate will have experience in residential home services (Plumbing, Electric, HVAC.) This person will also have a deep commitment to serving customers and have demonstrable experience as a successful team builder. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Strong residential service experience in Electrical, Plumbing, &/or HVAC with 3+ years in a management role
• A demonstrated track record of world class customer service
• The ability to coach personnel to the next level
• Must have a trade license or the ability to get a license in either plumbing, electric, or HVAC in SC
• NexStar training a plus
