As a Director Head Coach, you'll lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver the best experience for their customers while ensuring your team members feel included and supported. You'll use your retail expertise to drive store growth strategies and create opportunities to continue building upon community partnerships. You are the one people look to for encouragement, leadership and bringing NIKE to life for our customers, communities, and colleagues. Putting Your Best Foot Forward
+ Minimum of eight years of store management experience
+ Experience managing cross functional, diverse teams of 75+ employees and multiple levels of people leaders
+ Multi-unit retail operations experience and/or have managed a high-volume business
+ Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer
+ Skilled in building, leading and managing successful diverse teams
+ Proficient in Retail operations and acumen, budgeting, planning, visual merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention
+ Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Willingness and availability to travel, including overnight stays
+ Experience with omni-channel retail programs in stores preferred
