Compensation:
- Salary Range: $42,500.00 - $50,000+ per year
- Additional Compensation: Attractive Monthly Bonus Scheme

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure top-notch quality in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
- Strategically create weekly schedules and organize the crew to manage business effectively across various shifts.
- Manage inventory orders and supplies, oversee delivery accuracies, and process invoices.
- Accurately manage weekly payroll for team members.
- Uphold the highest levels of guest service, addressing and resolving guest complaints efficiently.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Oversee proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting to the corporate office.
- Provide continuous on-the-floor supervision to enhance line production and guest service.
- Conduct ongoing training, coaching, motivation, and evaluation of team members; responsible for hiring and termination as needed.
- Drive profitability and manage store reporting with precision.
- Cultivate store leadership and prepare them for future career advancement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma is mandatory; some college education preferred.
- Proven management experience.
- Preferred management experience in the food service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
