- Managing AUV of 3-4 million annually
- Leading 50+ team members
- P & L experience with demonstratable experience impacting numbers and sales growth
- Natural leadership abilities
- Professional appearance and manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Ability to use point of sale system
