About Us: Our restaurant concept is experiencing rapid growth and offers a refreshing change from late nights and full-service environments. We are focused on providing exceptional service and delivering a premium dining experience without the late nights or bar scene. We are seeking a General Manager who is ready to transition from a late-night, full-service brand into our dynamic fast-casual concept.
The Opportunity: As the General Manager/Operating Partner, you will have the chance to grow into a Director of Operations level position and even have the option to join the managing partner position for a long-term equity partnership. This role comes with a competitive base salary in the $70K range, along with comprehensive benefits, training, and generous PTO.

- Manage a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, implement cost control measures, and drive profitability
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster strong relationships within the team
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
