Woodford Oil Company is currently looking for a General Office / Customer Service / Billing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporation new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

• Assist Associates in ways that optimize procedures

• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

• Maintain trusting relationship with suppliers, customer and colleagues

• Perform receptionist duties when needed

• Collect all information needed to enter and calculate invoices

• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoice

• Receive and Assist with inbound call traffic

• Assist others as a Customer Service Representative with Online Chat

Requirements

• Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staff

• Working knowledge of general office equipment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adherence to laws and confidentially guidelines

• High School diploma.....Further education will be a plus

• Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Work and Outlook

• Woodford Oil Company utilizes an Industry specific software known as "Factor", any experience would be a plus
