Salary Range: $140K-$150K/Annum
Job Description:
- As a Genesys CloudCX Architect you'll lead the design implementation and optimization of cutting-edge contact center solutions using the Genesys CloudCX platform Your expertise will drive innovation and elevate customer experiences ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Design and implement robust contact center solutions including IVR routing strategies reporting mechanisms and integrations with other systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Optimize system performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our contact center capabilities
- Extensive experience designing and implementing contact center solutions using the Genesys CloudCX platform
- Proficiency in IVR scripting routing strategies reporting configuration and system integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
