Germany Senior SAP/ADP GlobalView Payroll Analyst - Spencer Thomas Group

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll practice

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret payroll data and provide recommendations
• Develop and implement new payroll policies and procedures that are compliant with state and federal laws to streamline all payroll and benefits administration processes
• Organize and audit payroll for all employees
• Review payroll audit reports for accuracy
• Audit data integrity between HRIS and other payroll software
• Perform annual audits of award rates and time worked
• Assist with any external audits and examinations, and tax audits
• Oversee the analysis of timesheet reviews to confirm that all records are accurate
• Manage all required paperwork for the tax deduction, allowances, and bonuses
• Oversee the processing of benefits, such as insurance, vacations, and retirement plans
• Respond to any questions from employees regarding payroll, benefits, and other related information

Required Qualification(s):

• Must know how to run payroll in Germany
• Must have hands on experience with SAP or ADP GlobalView payroll
• Must know how to use SAP payroll as an end user
• Speak fluent German

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knows Belgium Payroll rules/practices
• Speaks Dutch

Duration: This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start date with an initial 6-month contract with option to extend and/or convert to a full time employee.
