Global Account Director – Life Sciences
Responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships in our Life Sciences industry portfolio. Selling the entire portfolio of Judge services, partners with Business Developers, Engagement Managers, Solution Strategists, and Architects to grow our footprint at select Life Sciences accounts. Accountable for Defining and driving execution of account strategy and plans, YOY account growth, and cross-selling services from all Judge lines of business. Reports directly to the Regional Vice President.
Responsibilities:
Grow Existing & Select Accounts
• Build an annual $30MM+ sales pipeline of managed services, consulting, training, and talent (staff augmentation, direct hire) services.
• Through research, relationship development, client meetings, and entertainment events identify new client contacts and develop campaigns and engagement strategies to position Judge as a new supplier/client partner.
• Target, build and maintain relationships with C-Level, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources, and VP/Director-level contacts.
• To grow our Life Sciences client portfolio and through marketing and personal selling of all of Judge’s services, lead sales efforts for the acquisition of large and mid-market sized accounts.
• Present the Judge brand and services via in-person presentations and meetings, client events, and on-line presentations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating and sharing expertise and thought leadership in the Life Sciences industries, current trends, and solutions
• Manage proactive and RFP based opportunities in pipeline. Partner with Proposals team, solution strategists and architects to build compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of partnering with Judge
• Expand and integrate Judge’s entire portfolio of services within existing accounts, coordinating cross-division communication, management, and delivery of our services for customers
• Negotiate contracts and close opportunities
• Ensure growth by monitoring delivery in accordance with contractual SLAs, in concert with all regional staff
Develop Industry Subject Matter Expertise and Thought Leadership
• Monitor Industry trends, synthesize and match relevant business and IT challenges to build packaged/repeatable solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication, quarterly business reviews, and executive/senior level client meetings, presenting innovative new points of view and trends.
• Collaborate on personal sales efforts with local Judge offices, RVPs, and regional sales teams
• Attend industry conferences (TBD) to develop leads, expand network, identify opportunities, and build relationships
• Publish industry blog and articles to establish and grow our brand as a leader in Life Sciences consulting services
• Supports new hire account executives by serving as a mentor
Qualifications:
• 20+ years of IT and Business solutions selling experience leading business development efforts of Global 2000 accounts.
• Demonstrated success as a top sales producer with an annual sales portfolio of $15MM+
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of emerging technology and trends including but not limited to AI/ML/RPA, Block Chain, Cyber Security, Cloud, Agile/DevOps
• Extensive business proposal writing skills and creativity in developing and communicating solutions
• Must have a strong network of qualified buyers
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with marketing via social media; strong presence on LinkedIn
