Global Compensation Analyst - The Boston Consulting Group

In this role, you will be part of BCG’s Global Compensation Centre of Expertise (COE), which oversees the strategy, management and development of consulting teams, knowledge team and business services compensation programs. You will be an integral part of the team managing benchmarking, compensation structure design, and compensation reviews, which aid managerial decisions related to compensation programs in various BCG organization(s) and cohorts(s). 

Compensation Analytics: 

• Develop analysis and presentation materials to be delivered to stakeholder and leadership teams to support decision making. 

• Assist in the development of processes and frameworks for workflow management to the COE, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests from offices globally. 

• Contribute to assigned key initiatives across the range of areas covered by Global Compensation COE 

Benchmarking and Compensation Reviews: 

• Conduct benchmarking using various market data sources. Develop and complete compensation reporting, analytics and dashboards.  

• Partner with Compensation Advisors and HR Partners to review, update and design salary ranges and structures.
