Join an industry leading FinTechHybrid office schedule 4 days onsite (Manhattan or Stamford)About Our ClientOur client is a global IT and fintech platform with over 1,600 employees.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits include:Lead and mentor the Total Rewards team, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.Oversee compensation and benefits programs across all countries where the firm operates.Direct global benchmarking, data analysis, program development, and management of compensation and benefits offerings, including medical, dental, disability, and other health-related benefits.Manage the compensation function, covering base salary, incentive pay, sales compensation, equity administration, and participation in market data surveys.Lead the annual compensation review process, ensuring the company's compensation system is implemented, administered, and supported for both the business and HR.Provide analysis and support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) from due diligence through integration.Maintain and update global policy and procedure handbooks.Oversee the Global Mobility program.Support the HR team in evaluating job roles from market, legal, and compliance perspectives, including FLSA reviews.Collaborate with external benefits administrators to stay informed of market trends and recommend enhancements to benefits and policies.Establish compensation and benefits programs in new markets as the firm expands.Manage benefit programs such as retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and insurance coverage.Oversee annual open enrollment and implement campaigns to promote participation.Administer family leave, FMLA, and other leave policies, ensuring they are documented, communicated, and handled empathetically and in line with company policy.Promote the use of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), mental health services, and other wellness programs to support overall employee well-being.Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements, partnering with HR, Legal, and external counsel as necessary, and ensure documentation and notices are up to date and distributed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law
