Looking for an IT Manager to join our growing international team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure systems, and support services, some of which are in Europe and Asia. You will play a pivotal role in managing our Microsoft Office suite and Windows PC environment, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic guidance to optimize our technology resources. Your hands-on approach and proactive mindset will be essential in addressing our IT needs while implementing long-term solutions to support our company’s growth and success.

- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including proficiency creating and implementing international site to site VPN.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based programs, ensuring compatibility, licensing compliance, and user support.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to standardize operations, enhance security measures, and optimize resource utilization across the organization.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) for an international audience
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred
- Proven experience in IT management or system administration roles, with a strong emphasis on supporting Microsoft Office and Windows PC environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support in a small to medium-sized business environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and industry compliance standards.
