What will you do?




+ The (Sr.) Manager of Pharma Global Technical Services (GTS) leads, develops, and supports a team of technical specialists and scientists to provide exceptional support for our pharmaceutical product portfolio.


+ Reporting to the RD&A Director, this role is responsible for building and managing the GTS team and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful solution to internal and external customer technical queries.


+ She/he prioritizes activities in a fluid environment, ensuring that appropriate resources are allocated to the most important projects, assisting our global business team to drive sales and capture new opportunities.


+ This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and customer-focused service.






What will you need to be successful?



BS, MS or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field required.


5+ years of relevant experience in technical service or support in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.


Proven track record managing customer relationships and driving technical service excellence.


Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and end-uses. Knowledge of unit operations and practices relevant to pharmaceutical customers and cGMP processes.


Demonstrated problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.


Experience working in an SAP environment is desirable.


Travel: up to 30% may be required (domestic and global).





Compensation Data



The typical hiring range for this role is $105,129 to $159,134 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
