A premier grain operation in Illinois seeks a proficient Grain Operations Regional Manager to spearhead operations for multiple regional sites. Grain Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Ensure day-to-day operations of grain facilities are running smoothly

- Mentor, lead, coach, and develop employees

- Manage grain quality and inventory levels

- Manage blending of grain

- Scheduling routine and preventative maintenance of facility

- Oversight of facility improvements and any capital projects

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience within the grain/farming sector.
• Self-motivated and driven, displaying autonomy in tasks.
• Exemplary work ethic accompanied by outstanding customer service prowess.
• Mechanical proficiency.

Grain Supervisor Compensation:

• 65k-80k based on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package encompassing health, dental, vision, vacation, and 401K.
