Responsibilities:

• Acquiring information needed for submission to funding sources via State Systems/Passport such as
  • Pulling check requisitions, assembling invoice information, assisting with close outs
• Reconciliation of entire fiscal year, run reports as needed
• Running trial balance via Fund EZ

Experience Preferred

• Prior grants knowledge is a must!
• All levels encouraged to apply!
• Excel skills including filtering, auto-sum a must
• Working knowledge in Fund EZ / Passport a major plus!
