Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics for both digital and print materials that reflect our mission and brand. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and the ability to work on a variety of projects from concept to completion, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, signage, and promotional collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and create visually compelling graphics for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media, web banners, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, signage, and more.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of the brand across all visual assets.
· Develop creative concepts and designs based on briefs from various departments.
· Prepare print-ready files and work with vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
· Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure the company’s visuals are modern, effective, and engaging.
· Manage and maintain inventory of print marketing materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating reorders as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design work.
· Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
· Ability to take direction and feedback constructively, as well as work independently on projects.
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience in preparing print-ready files and working with printing vendors.
· Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
