Ed Morse is currently seeking a Grounds Keeper to join our team!

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our grounds. This role involves various tasks aimed at ensuring a well-kept and inviting environments for all visitors and staff.

• Ensure the grounds are free of debris and maintain a tidy appearance.
• Regularly empty trash cans and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Change light bulbs and perform minor repairs to fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance and repairs around the facility to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Assist with painting tasks for maintenance and beautification of buildings and structures.
• Flexibly manage multiple tasks throughout the day, adapting to the needs of the facility as they arise.

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance is preferred
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility in hours, including potential weekends and evenings, depending on operational needs
• Drivers License is required
