What would you do as a Grounds Manager
As the Full Time Grounds Manager at Butterfield Trail Village, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team of Grounds Keepers. Your role will require a general working knowledge in landscaping, irrigation, and grounds management to ensure the grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Effective communication skills are essential as you will be speaking in small and large groups, as well as one-on-one situations.
The ability to be adaptable and quick to learn will be key in successfully carrying out your responsibilities and contributing to the overall excellence of our community in Fayetteville.

A minimum of 3 years or more in leadership roles, coupled with managing external vendors, will be beneficial.
