Description:
Purpose of the position:
Provide support in the allocation of resources, tasks and/or follow-up to process, product, compliance and follow-up problems of the department.
This position supervises and directs the day-to-day activities labor on assignment at Client.
List of activities and tasks of the position:
Daily attendance review of the people assigned to there lines, so they can accommodate personnel based on Experience to be the most productive as possible.
Production Order Follow Up based on the Shop Order.
Request Maintenance support for Equipment Downtime
Communicate with employers about issues (submit occurrence tickets)
Resolve issues on the line
Ensure people are following policies
Ensure people are using PPE.
Communicate, escalate any issue to Shift Production Supervisor.
Training of new Operators.
Internal and external customers:
Internal.
Assigned working group.
Direct supervisor.
External.
Support areas.
Manufacturing areas.
Minimum knowledge and skills required:
Education:
High school completed or truncated.
Additional Abilities:
Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer equipment.
Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft software.
Extraordinary activities.
Collaborate and participate in: internal and external audits in their department, as well as support the results of these. Some examples of audits: ISO, TL, 5's, Safety, among others.
Participate in the training or certifications that the company or position requires.
