Job Description: We are looking for a Real Estate Recruiter with a hunter's mentality—someone who is relentless in pursuing top talent and has the skills to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber candidates. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting; it’s about actively searching for exceptional real estate professionals who can make an immediate impact on our team. In addition, we expect that everyone in the organization delivers the “Laurie Reader Experience,” which is a personal experience based on trust, dependability, and caring for each person to help build a better community.
Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000 with performance based bonuses
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Hunting: Aggressively source, headhunt, and recruit top-performing real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and support staff, who align with our company culture and goals.
- Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, attending events, and leveraging social media and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets and support company growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to proactively identify and attract top talent.
- Adhere to all guidelines and policies in the employee handbook.

- Proven experience in recruiting (real estate preferred) or a related field with a focus on active talent hunting.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including roles, responsibilities, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a competitive drive.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
