Job Title: Guest Ledger Coordinator
Principal Objective: Ensure proper upkeep of all guest ledgers and records to support the financial success of the community while providing an exceptional experience aligned with the Book & Ladder Mission.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate guest ledgers and financial records.
- Assist guests and guarantors with inquiries and account issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance preferred.
- Proven experience in financial record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
