Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments for hourly positions.
- Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, which may involve paperwork completion, orientation, and training coordination.
- Time and Attendance Tracking: Assist supervisors in monitoring and recording employee attendance, working hours, and time-off requests.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring that company policies and procedures are communicated effectively and consistently applied throughout the organization.
- Employee Relations: Handling basic employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with conflict resolution.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Payroll Support: Collaborating with supervisors to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
- HR Documentation: Maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation of HR-related files and information.
