HR Admin Assistant
Our fun and energetic team is in need of an Administrative to support out HR department!
Summary :
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Administrative Assistant. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks.
Duties include:
- Assist with organizing departmental activities
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of office/administrative assistant experience in an HR department is a must
- Recruitment experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, HRIS)
- Proficient in data entry and file maintenance
- Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
Pay range: $22/hr - $27/hr
