Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in updating, maintaining and processing in employee change requests and updates including but not limited to job and/or salary changes, changes in reporting structure, updates to employee licensing, employment terminations.
- Process and maintain Payroll and Time & Attendance within iSolved, approving and updating requested changes as necessary in a timely and highly accurate manner.
- Verifies and audits all new hires, terminations, LOA and employee changes.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Perform basic analysis and provide feedback regarding issues, opportunities, or challenges. Research, analyze, and present data as assigned. Highly skilled abilities to use Excel to understanding how to combine worksheets and analyze large amounts of data using pivot tables and other data visualization tools.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on Onboarding new team members to include all background and compliance screenings.
- Answer Tier 1 policy questions, Payroll and other Human Resources questions per organizational guidelines.
- Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs. To include mergers and acquisition of new business.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. Maintain all compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
- Review, follow, and provide input to HR Operations team objectives.
- Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR service processing.
- Assist with the execution of compliance programs, internal audits, external audits, and government audits. To include organizational immigration program.
- Maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Provide 1:1 and leadership training regarding the HRIS system to include training materials.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years of experience in an HR role
- Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables, pivot charting, use of slicers, advanced formulas, and conditional formatting.
- Proven experience with data analysis, with a preferred focus on HR data and metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must possess the ability to maintain sensitive data in a confidential manner
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare industry preferred
- Experience with iSolved HRIS system a plus
- PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
